Absolutely perfect location, shopping area, next to most known hotspots, restaurants and the river and Li river and elephant rock. Airy neat rooms with great views on the surrounding hills, and climate control, a safe box, and multi-channel TV. Good service too.

In the line of sheraton ... quality

The noise of the piano and the breakfast ... in some rooms this noise can be a problem in the mornings ...

*this is a totally English speaking hotel -- excellent for non-Chinese speaking visitors. *Sheraton's tour desk is not much expansive from other tour agencies in town, and you get a big comfortable bus (not a tiny minivan without leg room) when you buy a tour from the hotel. *scenic riverfront location, nice green + sunrise view ; walkable distance to a city centre, lake, night market, restaurants etc. * Chinese sauna and massage places next door

The hotel has nice staff, airy and spacious rooms, and a good pool. It is a marvelous location in Guilin. I enjoy staying here when I visit Guilin.

We had a wonderful stay at a well-located hotel along the river. The convenience of being able to take the Li River cruise directly from the hotel was a highlight for us. The great location also allowed us to explore various businesses and restaurants in the area. Additionally, the reasonable price for a 5-star hotel was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The value for money was great and the room was comfortable. The location was convenient, with plenty of food options nearby. The staff, especially Nancy and Daisy, were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable and the staff was very accommodating. I was also pleased with the location, as it was conveniently situated near pedestrian streets of this city, making it easy to explore local markets. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide selection of Chinese and Western dishes.

During our stay, we were delighted by the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated right off the promenade on the waterfront of Li River, providing us with stunning views. The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us. The breakfast provided had a wide range of options, although some reviews mentioned that the service could be improved in terms of greeting and coffee.

One downside was the crowded breakfast area on the 7th floor, which made it a bit challenging to fully enjoy the meal.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated on the waterfront of the Li River and surrounded by hills. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a spacious outdoor swimming pool. The staff were friendly, efficient, and very well organized, offering organized trips to the river Li and bicycles for rent. The room we stayed in was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful river view.
